Floating engulfer
A normal bullish engulfer is a red candle, followed by a green candle, that completely engulfs the body of the previous candle.
A bullish floating engulfer is a green candle, followed by another green candle, that completely engulfs the top wick of the previous candle.
Rules:
- Same colour as previous candle
- Needs to close above the high of the previous candle
- Needs to close within the top 25% of its range
